Update Permission Levels

Permission levels:
Admin: has access to all areas of the app
Manager: has limited access to their department’s employees
Employee: has access only to their own information
Once an employee accepts the invitation to join MinuteHR app, they will be added as an employee in the database.
On the left hand-side navigation bar, select “Employees”
Select the “permission” tab
You will see a list of all the employees in the database
To update an employee’s permission level, select the employee from the list,
click “Edit”
In the “Update employment information” screen, select “access level”
Then click “update” to save the changes
