We protect your organisation and your employees’ data, by employing several layers of security:
Safely storing your data:
MinuteHR uses Amazon AWS infrastructure. With the AWS Platform, MinuteHR takes advantage of the Amazon security model built and focused on keeping customers safe.
HTTPS transport security:
Our application forces all requests over HTTPS, ensuring all traffic is secured in transit and protecting against protocol downgrade attacks.
Password salting and hashing:
We use the most secure cryptographic libraries throughout MinuteHR. Passwords are salted and hashed and never stored in the clear.
Encryption at Rest
Our database has automatic encryption at rest, cloaking your data in another layer of protection
All traffic between MinuteHR and the user’s browser is encrypted in transit. We support TLS exclusively and only utilising strong cipher suites.
Your uploaded files can only be accessed through MinuteHR, and team members can only get access to the files intended for them.
Your billing information:
All billing information is fully secured with the same level of encryption used by leading banks and companies. We use a service called Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the most stringent level of certification) provider. With MinuteHR, your billing details are on the same platform as companies like Deliveroo, Slack and Unicef.
