Job Offers

Once you have found your ideal candidate, you can create and send them a job offer
Create a Job Offer
From the left hand-side navigation bar, select employees
Then select the “Job offers” tab
On the Job offer screen, you will see a list of sent job offers and their status
To create a new job offer, click the “New Offer” button
Fill in the required fields and click “save”
This will save and send the offer to the candidate

The candidate will receive the following email message
To review the offer, the candidate clicks on the the link (“here”)  and is taken to the offer screen, with the option to accept or decline the offer

When a candidate accepts a job offer, their details should automatically disappear from the job offer status list.
If a candidate does not respond to your offer, after a while you might want to “archive” the offer.
